Cover up to $10 million, unlimited retroactive cover, and 84 months run-off cover, compliant with your obligations under the National Law. This cover currently applies to Allied Health workers only.

Through our affiliation with the Red Union Support Hub (RUSH), you have an industrial support team behind you on enterprise bargaining, pay disputes, internal disputes, bullying and more. Where a matter needs a lawyer, RUSH may pay for one in line with its terms of service, which set out what is and isn't covered.

Membership

Membership for doctors and affiliate options

RUSH applies on your behalf to AMPS (Ltd), AMPS Inc and sister organisations, so you are joined to each one that provides your membership benefits. Only doctors may hold member status; other medical professionals may join as affiliates (affiliates cannot vote, become a delegate, or hold official positions).
